Catmose College
At Catmose College, we celebrate the exciting achievements of our students both inside and outside of school. The Catmose Challenge encourages students to develop their strengths and discover new ones.We launched the Catmose Challenge during the Year 6 induction day in July, and we are thrilled to announce that 16 of our new Year 7 students have already achieved their Bronze Awards. A special congratulations goes to Josh, who has earned both his Bronze and Silver Awards.Josh completed a 5km run, visited the Allianz Twickenham Stadium, and walked his dog Simba every day for two weeks, even fitting in some hill sprints. When asked about his favourite challenge, Josh said, “Running the 5K and visiting the rugby museum were the best. I loved combining what I enjoy with something new.”Well done to Josh and all our brilliant students. We value all successes, so please let us know about any achievements outside of College. Students can receive house points, certificates, postcards, commendations and more for their hard work.Join us at our Open Evening on Wednesday 1 October from 5.30 to 7.30pm to learn more about how we celebrate our students and support their growth. ... Huge congratulations to Year 10 student Nika, who showed incredible bravery and leadership as she abseiled 418 feet down the National Lift Tower, the tallest abseil tower in the world! From the very start, she was calm, confident, and an inspiration to those around her. In facing her fear of heights, she not only raised over £1,300 (final total to come) but also brought much-needed awareness to Ukraine at a critical time. A true credit to Catmose College! If you would like to support and donate to the cause the link iswww.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/rotaryimpactabseil?utm_medium=CR&utm_source=CL&fbclid=IwY2xjawMjs...#CatmoseCollege #CatmosePride #SupportUkraine #StudentLeadership ...
