English and Humanities Yorkshire Residential
The joint Humanities and English residential trip to Yorkshire was a fantastic experience for all! Students explored York, exploring its rich history with visits to York Minster, Clifford’s Tower, and the York Dungeons. The Dungeons were a hit, even with all the screams as students learned about its gory past. The second day took students to Whitby, where they studied the geography of the area and its ties to Dracula. They visited Whitby Abbey and enjoyed fish and chips and ice cream. The final day was spent at Flamingo Land. Despite torrential rain, both students and staff had a great time.
