Get Ready for Year 7 Transition Home Activities

As part of our package to welcome students to Year 7, 2020, we have the following activities to complete at home.

Palindromes Investigation.
The Maths department have set a number investigation to be completed.  Students should bring this completed task to College on Tuesday 25 August. Please click here to download.

Reading Activity: Skellig.
Each student will be given a copy of the text Skellig by David Almond to read at home via their current primary school.  We would like students to have read this text by the time they start College in August.

Be Awesome, Go Big Workbook.
Attached is a workbook designed to help students work through the many questions, thoughts and feelings they may have about starting College.  This workbook has been recommended by the DfE and has had a very positive response from many schools. Please click here to download.
