YEAR 9 OPTIONS WEEK | Catmose College

01 February

Year 9 students will soon be making their options choices for their Key Stage 4 courses.  This is an exciting time of year where students will have the opportunity to shape their own curriculum.

In order to support students in their option choices, we have organised a range of activities and taster sessions taking place in the week leading up to options evening. Students will receive presentations from our Team Leaders on their individual subjects and the career paths their subjects can lead to.

Options Evening will take place on Wednesday 8 February. Option booklets and forms will be issued to Year 9 students on the day of Options Evening and the next day for those who cannot attend. We would invite all parents, carers and students to attend this event as it will allow for open conversation with subject teachers and ensure that any questions are addressed.

There will be a presentation on the Hellerup at 6.00pm.  In addition, subject teams will be in the theatre to offer advice and answer questions on the individual courses that are available to students.  Following this event, students will have until Friday 24 February to return their options forms.

We look forward to seeing you on the night.
