INFORMATION FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS

THE PROM – WEDNESDAY 28 JUNE, 2017

Parents/guardians & spectators who wish to see the students arrive are requested to arrive before 6.30pm and stand in the designated area, to fulfil Health & Safety requirements.  We have been asked to remind visitors to ‘park down at the bottom of the car park instead of lining the drive’. We need to remember that the Hotel is also open to other clients as well so your co-operation with parking and remaining in the set areas will be greatly appreciated.

The students will need to bring some money for drinks. The Hotel reserves the right to check bags to ensure that alcohol is not brought onto the premises.

The Prom ends at 10.50pm so please arrange for students to be collected at or before this time.
