YEAR 9 OPTIONS WEEK

01 February

Year 9 students will soon be making their options choices for their Key Stage 4 courses. This is an exciting time of year where students will have the opportunity to shape their own curriculum.        

MUSIC WEEK – NON UNIFORM DAY

27 January

We will be having a non-uniform day on Wednesday 1 February to raise money for Youth Music, music equipment at Catmose and the Rutland Water Junior Park Run.        

EMERGENCY CLOSURE PROCEDURE

12 January

If there is severe weather that forces closure we will endeavour to let everyone know by 7:30 am in the morning by posting here and on our Facebook page.        

YEAR 8 PROGRESS MEETING

06 January

The Year 8 Progress Meeting will take place on Wednesday 11 January 2017 from 3.00pm-7.00pm.        

CHRISTMAS CONCERT 2016

15 December

On Wednesday 14th December, the College held its annual Christmas Concert at All Saints Church, Oakham.        

CATMOSE COLLEGE CHRISTMAS CONCERT

13 December

The Catmose College’s Christmas Concert will be held on Wednesday 14th December from 7.30pm at the All Saints Church in Oakham.        

CHRISTMAS JUMPER DAY 2016

06 December

On Friday 16 December Catmose Primary, Catmose College and Harington School are taking part in Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day. Students taking part do not need to wear their School uniform; however, they must wear a Christmas jumper in support of Save the Children.        

SPANISH EXCHANGE TRIP

05 December

On 2 November we welcomed 30 Spanish students from Almeria, Southern Spain. There was much excitement as they left with their host families.        

CAMBRIDGE SCHOLARS TRIP

29 November

Whether you are considering university or not it would be beneficial to see what either you could be missing out on or potentially looking forward to because it may be an eye opener in the future.        

ROYAL ALBERT HALL PERFORMANCE

28 November

On Sunday 27 November, 36 of our choir students travelled to London to sing in a performance of Handel’s Messiah at the Royal Albert Hall.
